After eight years with Dana Funding, Edward J. Stock became executive vice president of business development for residential mortgage broker and banker Atlantic Home Capital Corp. He served for two years before taking on the additional role of president and CEO of Atlantic Commercial Capital, Inc., a funder of commercial loan products.
Edward J. Stock has balanced his leadership of these companies with his own work as a private real estate investor. Focused on rehab and long-term rentals, he seeks out remote opportunities as well as distressed properties, short sales, and real estate owned (REO) investments in the local market. In 2015, he further distinguished himself as founder and managing partner of Insula Capital Group, through which he oversees the originating and underwriting of loans for projects similar to those he works with as an investor.
